Data we collect

Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, session date and number of attendees. When booking, optionally: whether it is your first meditation and how you heard about Portal.

Purposes

Handling your request or reservation, sending confirmations and reminders, and managing capacity for each session. Only with your separate consent: telling you about future events.

Enter the portal (email)

If you sign up on the site, we store your email, language, the topic you are interested in and the date of your consent, only to tell you about new dates or worlds. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.

Cookie-free measurement

We count visits and form steps anonymously: page, language and where the visit came from (for example Instagram). We use no cookies and do not store your IP address; the visit identifier is deleted when you close the tab.

WhatsApp group

Joining the private group is optional and separate from your reservation. The group is run on WhatsApp (Meta): your number is visible to other members and you can leave at any time.

Retention and rights
